HOW TO USE:

Put a few drops of The Holy Grail Cica Toner on a cotton pad and apply gently all over the face and neck. Or, take a few drops onto the hands instead of a cotton pad and gently pat the product all over the face. Allow it to dry a bit. Then, follow it up with a serum or moisturizer.
