Should you wish to initiate a return, we kindly ask that you contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order by emailing us at inquiries@proagebeauty.ph. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Please note that, due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Additionally, items purchased on sale or during promotional events, as well as gift cards and downloadable items, are considered final and non-returnable. Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address. Please be advised that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within seven (7) business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please reach out to us within three (3) days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.
